We are not some giant corporate machine with a phone tree from hell. We are an online store, and email is the best way to reach us so we can look up your order, check the details, and give you a straight answer.
Before You Contact Us
If your question is about an order, please include as much information as possible so we are not playing detective in the dark.
Please include:

- Your order number
- The email address used when placing the order
- A clear description of what you need help with
- Photos, if you are reporting a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item
The more details you send, the faster we can help.
Order Questions
If you are contacting us about an order, please check your email first for your order confirmation and tracking information. Sometimes those emails land in spam, junk, promotions, or some other weird little corner of your inbox.
If your tracking has not updated yet, it may simply mean the carrier has not scanned the package again. Shipping updates are controlled by the carrier once your order leaves production.
Print On Demand Reminder
Outlaw Wearz is a Print On Demand store. That means every item is made after you order it. We do not keep stacks of shirts, hoodies, hats, or other products sitting around waiting to ship.
Because of that, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or size exchanges unless there is a real issue with the item, such as damage, a defect, a misprint, or the wrong item being sent.
Please check our Return Policy before contacting us about returns or exchanges so everybody is on the same road before the engine starts.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the package was damaged, include photos of the packaging too.
Do not throw away the item or packaging until we have reviewed the problem.
Response Time
We do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Most messages are answered within a reasonable business timeframe, but during busy seasons, launches, holidays, or high-order periods, it may take a little longer.
Please do not send the same message over and over. That just kicks more dust in the air and can slow things down.
