Welcome to Outlaw Wearz. Before you place an order, please read this Return Policy carefully. We keep things simple around here: our products are made just for you after you order, so we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or size exchanges unless there is a real problem with the item.

We are a Print On Demand store. That means when you order a shirt, hoodie, hat, or other item from Outlaw Wearz, it is not sitting on a shelf waiting to be shipped. It is printed, made, packed, and shipped specifically for your order.

Because of that, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Outlaw Wearz does not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, duplicate orders, accidental orders, or because you changed your mind after ordering.

Once your order goes into production, the wheels are already turning. The item is being made for you, and we cannot pull it back, resell it as new inventory, or toss it back into a warehouse bin.

No Size Exchanges

Please check the size chart before ordering. We do not offer size exchanges.

Every brand, shirt style, hoodie style, and apparel item can fit a little differently. It is your responsibility to review the sizing information before placing your order.

If you order the wrong size, we cannot replace it, exchange it, or refund it. Measure twice, order once.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns because you changed your mind, decided the design was too loud, too rude, too sarcastic, too skull-heavy, or not your kind of trouble after all.

Outlaw Wearz designs are meant to have attitude. Please make sure the item, size, color, and design are exactly what you want before you place your order.

No Cancellations After Production Starts

Orders are sent into production quickly. Once your order has been submitted for production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately at [INSERT YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS]. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has started processing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Now, if we messed up, that is different.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.

To report a problem, email us at [INSERT YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS] and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if the package was damaged

Please do not throw away the item or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

What Counts as a Real Problem

A real problem may include:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The print is clearly defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The wrong size was sent compared to what you ordered
  • The wrong color was sent compared to what you ordered
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

If the mistake is on our side or the production partner’s side, we will work to make it right.

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund or Replacement

The following do not qualify for a refund, return, replacement, or exchange:

  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You ordered the wrong color
  • You entered the wrong shipping address
  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer want the item
  • You do not like the fit after ordering the size you selected
  • You expected a different fabric feel
  • You missed the size chart
  • You placed a duplicate order by mistake
  • The design looks slightly different due to screen settings or monitor colors
  • The item has normal print or garment variation common with made-to-order apparel

Color and Print Variations

Product photos and mockups are made to show the design as accurately as possible, but colors can look different from one screen to another. Your phone, tablet, computer monitor, or browser settings may show colors differently.

Print placement and size may also vary slightly depending on the garment style, size, production process, and print area. Minor differences are normal with Print On Demand apparel and are not considered defects.

Shipping Address Mistakes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you enter the wrong address and the order is shipped, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. If a package is returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to help arrange a reshipment, but additional shipping or production costs may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, Outlaw Wearz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier. Porch pirates are low-life roadkill, but we cannot replace packages stolen after delivery.

Order Problems Must Be Reported Quickly

Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

After that window, we may not be able to offer a replacement or other solution. Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Do Not Send Items Back Without Approval

Please do not mail anything back to us unless we specifically tell you to do so.

Because our items are made through Print On Demand production partners, returns sent without approval may not be accepted, processed, or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered unless we determine there is a valid issue with your order that cannot be corrected with a replacement or other solution.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Replacements

If your claim is approved for a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, we may send a replacement at no additional charge.

Replacement orders are made and shipped the same way as original orders, so production and shipping times still apply.

Final Sale Items

All Outlaw Wearz products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error or a production issue.

Return Authorization Form

Please complete the Return Authorization Form below if you need to let us know that you either received the wrong product, wrong design, wrong color, or a size other than what you ordered, or if the product and packaging were damaged. Include clear pictures of the damage or showing the wrong order was received and we will get it taken care of as soon as possible.
